Warranty Terms and Conditions Terms and Condition of Warranty

1. This warranty is valid only if the warranty card is completed and returned to ROBAM dealer within 14 days from date of purchase.
2. This warranty is effective for products purchased from authorized dealers of ROBAM.
3.The warranty card is non-transferable.
4.The customer will operate the equipment in the environment conforming to specification, following all operating and routine maintenance procedures specified in the documentation or user manual provided.
5.The warranty is against defective parts and manufacturing faults only.ROBAM shall at sole discretion either repair the product or replace it with the equivalent product. ROBAM may use new and/or reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty. In the case of repair or replacement, ROBAM shall own all the parts removed from the product.
6. The customer shall not allow the product to be repaired by any party other than ROBAM's appointed technician. Our technician has the right to impose service charge(s) to decline (deny or reject) repair of the product in the event the customer fails to present the warranty card when servicing is required.
7. The product's warranty period: For Range Hood,(from the date of purchase)five years limited warranty on range hood and lifetime limited warranty on motors.two years full warranty on all range hood parts and labor and three years limited warranty on all parts of range hood products.For Cooktop,(from the date of purchase)five years limited warranty on Gas Cooktop and lifetime limited warranty on burner.two years full warranty on all cooktop parts and labor and three years limited warranty on all parts of cooktop products.For Dishwasher,Range,Combi Steam Oven,Oven,(from the date of purchase)five years limited warranty,one years full warranty on all parts and labor and four years limited warranty on all parts of products.
8.Non-domestic products such as commercial and corporate collective use, the whole machine is guaranteed for three months.
9. If you need to extend the warranty period, the company's service policy shall prevail.

Warranty Exclusions

1. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear items(such as light bulb, filter, flexible hose, rubber gasket etc.).
2. Damage on external finishing(discoloring after prolong usage), accessories, external, removable and/or breakable items(i.e. glass door, tray, burner grid, rotisserie kit, batteries, knobs, oil cup, end cap, evaporator pan, strainer, enameled/chromes/stainless steel surface/finishing).
3. Damage resulting from the act of neglect or misuse or default or unauthorized service, transportation, improper installation, disassembly, altertation and modification by any unauthorized party.
4. Damage caused directly or indirectly by acts of government, strikes, lockout, fire explosion, attack of household pests, act of God, lightning, flood, pollution or any cause beyond the control of ROBAM dealer.
5. Damage caused by impoperly operating, cleaning or maintaining not in
accordance to the instruction manuals, such as the use of unsuitable cleaning agents or chemicals causing damage;
6. Damage caused by the environmental conditions of the product, for example: power supply (such as local rated voltage 120V, actual voltage is lower than 102V(85%) or higher than132V(110%), water source, temperature, humidity, etc.can not be controlled by the ROBAM dealer.
